The Property’s Story: A Windstorm and a Fresh Start
This project started with a family in a difficult situation. A severe windstorm sent two large trees crashing through their home, causing extensive damage that totaled the house. Thankfully, the owners were safe, but they were forced into a rental and faced a daunting path forward.
We stepped in to offer a clear solution. While other builders wanted six months to close the deal, we worked directly with the owners and completed the transaction in just 60 days. We delivered exactly what we promised, allowing the family to get the cash they needed and buy a new home in Bellevue, giving them the peace of mind to move on.
Our Vision: A Higher Standard of Construction & Design
We’ve now cleared the site and are preparing the lot for a brand-new, Northwest Contemporary home. Our approach to building is different. We don’t just focus on making a house look beautiful; we build it to a higher standard of quality that lasts.
Materials that Matter
We use Douglas Fir for our framing, which is a higher-quality, straighter, and more durable wood than the standard Hemlock used by many builders. This ensures a better finished product and a stronger home.
Design with Purpose
We spend a great deal of time on design. The new home will feature a thoughtful floor plan and an aesthetic that is modern yet perfectly fits into the established character of the neighborhood.
A Commitment to Our Community
We are committed to keeping Bellevue green. We are not removing any significant trees from the property, and we’ll be planting 22 new trees to enhance the lot’s natural beauty.
